Redeeming a voucher

My voucher code is not working.

If you are unable to redeem a voucher code, please check the following criteria:
- The promotional period for redeeming the voucher is still ongoing
- The items in your shopping basket are valid for the voucher code
- The minimum order value for the promotion has been reached
- The voucher code was entered without a space at the end (often when copying the voucher code, the following space is also copied and pasted)
- The upper and lower case letters of the voucher code were used correctly

If you have checked these criteria and the voucher code still does not work, please contact our customer service team. To do so, please use either the free service hotline 00800-1888 0000 or our contact form.


How can I redeem my voucher code?

Once you have added your desired items to your shopping basket, go to the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar. Above the order total, you will find an input field where you can enter your voucher code. Please ensure that you enter the code correctly so that it can be recognised by our system. Then confirm the code by clicking on the ‘Redeem’ button. Depending on the promotion, the discount amount will either be deducted directly from the item price or displayed as a separate line with the discount value.


Can I redeem my voucher code at a later date?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem a voucher code retrospectively. You are welcome to use the voucher code with your next order during the promotional period.

Redemption in LLOYD Concept Stores

Do current voucher and discount promotions also apply in LLOYD Concept Stores? 

Yes, usually all German LLOYD Concept Stores and the official LLOYD online store lloyd.com take part in voucher and discount promotions.
The partner-managed LLOYD Concept Store in Hanover does not usually take part in these voucher and discount promotions.
