How can I return/complain if I have ordered via the “In-store Order” service in a branch?

Your package contains a return slip and a shipping label. Please enclose the completed return slip with your package and affix the shipping label to the package to be returned. Simply drop off the package at your nearest branch or Packstation. Shipping is free of charge for you. Once your package has been processed by us, you will receive further information about your refund.You also have the option of returning items ordered via Instore Order free of charge to any LLOYD Concept Store of your choice within Germany (Click & Return). This service does not apply to any Concept Stores outside Germany or the LLOYD Concept Store in Hanover. Upon request, you will receive a receipt for the returned goods at the store. Refunds will be credited to you using the original payment method.


What does the “in-store order” service mean?

Have you found an item in one of our concept stores in Germany, but the color or size you want is no longer available? Order and pay directly in the store and have your desired items conveniently delivered to your home.
The partner-managed LLOYD Concept Store in Hanover is excluded from this service.

Check & Reserve

What does the “Check & Reserve” service mean?

You have the option of reserving your desired items in one of our concept stores in Germany for 3 days. You can try on and purchase the reserved items in store.

All concept stores outside Germany and the partner-managed LLOYD Concept Store in Hanover are excluded from this service.

Availability

Where can I use the store services?

The store services can only be used in the German LLOYD online shop and the German LLOYD concept stores.

The partner-managed concept store in Hanover is also excluded.

Click & Collect

What does the “Click & Collect” service mean?

Order your desired items conveniently online and pick up your order at your selected concept store. Once we have shipped your order to the concept store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. After delivery to the concept store, you have seven days to pick up your order on site.

Click & Return

What does the “Click & Return” service mean?

You have the option of returning items you have ordered online free of charge to any LLOYD Concept Store of your choice within Germany. Please enclose the completed return slip with your package and affix the shipping label to the package to be returned. You will receive a receipt for the returned goods at the store.
