MY DELIVERY
1. Which shipping service provider will be used to send my parcel?

We ship our parcels exclusively with our shipping partner DHL. 
2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery within Germany takes place within 2-3 working days, in all other countries within 3-5 working days.
3. How much are the shipping costs?

In Germany, Austria and Luxembourg the delivery is free of shipping costs from an order value of 149,90 €, for a lower order value the shipping costs are 4,95 €.
For orders to all other EU countries the delivery is free of shipping costs from an order value of 149,90 €, for a lower order value the shipping costs are 5,95 €.
In Switzerland, the delivery is free of shipping costs from an order value of 149.90 CHF, for a lower order value the shipping costs are 5.95 CHF.
4. How do I check my order or delivery status?

You can view the status of your order at any time in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account (guest order or order by in-store order), you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail in addition to the order confirmation e-mail when your shipment is dispatched. In this email you will also find a link to track your parcel.
5. What can I do if I have not received my parcel?

First, please check whether the parcel was delivered in your neighbourhood. If this is not the case and the parcel has not been delivered to you within one week of dispatch, please contact our customer service by telephone on 00800 - 1888 0000 (free of charge) or via the contact form. We will immediately check the whereabouts of the parcel for you and, if necessary, make an enquiry.
