Which delivery service provider will be used to ship my parcel?

You can choose between DHL and GLS. 


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery within Germany takes 2-3 business days, and within 3-5 business days to all other countries.


How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany and for deliveries to Austria and Luxembourg, delivery is free of charge for orders over £129.90; for orders below this amount, the delivery charge is £4.95.
For orders to all other EU countries, delivery is free of charge for orders over £129.90; for orders below this amount, shipping costs are £5.95.
Delivery to Switzerland is free of charge for orders over CHF 129.90; for orders below this amount, shipping costs are CHF 5.95.


How do I check my order or delivery status?

You can view the status of your order at any time in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account (guest order or in-store order), you will receive a shipping confirmation email in addition to the order confirmation email when your shipment is dispatched. This email will also contain a link to track your parcel.


What can I do if I do not receive my parcel?

Please first check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to see whether the parcel may have been delivered to your neighbourhood or a parcel shop. If this is not the case and the parcel has not been delivered to you within one week of dispatch, please contact our customer service team by telephone on 00800 - 1888 0000 (free of charge) or via the contact form. We will immediately check the whereabouts of the parcel for you with the help of the relevant customer service team and, if necessary, submit an investigation request.
