PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT

1. How many days do I have to pay an invoice?

When purchasing by Klarna invoice, the outstanding amount must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

2. In which countries can I use Klarna invoice purchasing?

Klarna invoice purchase is available in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Finland.

3. How does purchase on account via Klarna work?

1. At the end of the order process, enter your billing and delivery information and select Klarna invoice as the payment method. As soon as your details have been verified, you will receive your order confirmation and invoice by email as usual.
2. After verification of the data, you will receive your order confirmation and your invoice by e-mail. After your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation and your payment information from Klarna.
3. You have 30 days to pay your invoice to Klarna. You can of course return items to us as usual. You only pay for what you keep. You can also view all payment information on the Klarna website or the Klarna app.

PREPAYMENT

1. How long do I have to pay for my prepaid order?

We will cancel your order if we cannot register receipt of payment after 14 days. If we have canceled your order, you will receive a corresponding e-mail from us.
If we have not received payment after a few days of receiving your order, we will send you a payment reminder email.
Please also note that it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive and post your transfer.

2. Will I receive a payment confirmation for my prepayment?

As soon as your payment has been booked with us, we will inform you by e-mail.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation separately.

3. I would like to receive only individual items from my order. Can I make a partial payment?

To trigger the shipment of the order, the full payment of the order is necessary. Items that you do not want to keep, you can then conveniently return without additional costs.

Your money will be refunded via the same payment method you used to make your previous purchase. Once we have received and checked your return, the refund will be issued. Please note that once the refund has been triggered, it may take 2-3 working days for the amount to be credited to your account. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued.
