CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
1. How do I create a customer account in the LLOYD Online Store?

Registration in the customer account takes place via the "My account" option at the top right in the navigation bar. There you can create your own customer account under the menu item "Register". Alternatively, you can create a new customer account when completing the order.

2. How do I change my account settings?

You can change the account settings at any time in your customer account. To do so, log in to your customer account with your personal data and make the desired changes under the menu item "Your data".

3. I can no longer log into my customer account.

Check the spelling of your email address or password. If you are still unable to log in to your customer account, use the Forgotten password service or contact our customer service on the free service hotline 00800-1888 0000 (Mon. - Fri.: 08:00 - 18:00).

4. How do I reset my password for my customer account?

You can reset your personal password in your customer account under "Change password". If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password using the Forgotten password link.

5. Do I have to open a customer account to be able to order?

If you do not wish to create a customer account, you have the option to order as a guest. The only requirement is a valid e-mail address.
