What are the benefits of being a CLUB RED member?

As a CLUB RED member, you benefit from exclusive perks in addition to your personal customer account. You also collect ShoePoints with every purchase at LLOYD, which are paid out to you twice a year in the form of a shopping voucher (you can find more information under the "ShoePoints" section). During Member Days or on your birthday, additional promotions and credits await you. Furthermore, you will receive varied newsletters about special events and new products related to the LLOYD brand.


How can I register for CLUB RED?

Registration is possible via the online store registration under this link. When you register here, you automatically become a CLUB RED member.* In addition, the membership application can also be completed in writing at participating LLOYD Concept Stores and LLOYD Factory Outlets in Germany.

*If you manually check the option "I do not want to become a CLUB RED member," you will register for the online store but not for CLUB RED. 


In which countries can I register for CLUB RED?

Currently, registration is only possible with a residence within Germany.


How can I cancel my membership?

My CLUB RED Card

What is the purpose of my CLUB RED card?

Your customer card serves as your membership card in the CLUB RED. When you present this card, you can also collect ShoePoints in our physical stores.


When will I receive my CLUB RED card?

After your membership application has been received, you will receive your personal customer card approximately 3 weeks later at the postal address you provided.


Where can I find my customer number?

You can find your customer number on your personal customer card under the barcode. Your customer number consists of 16 digits and begins with "1888".

 


What should I do if I lose my CLUB RED card?

If you lose your card, please contact our customer service either via the contact form or by phone at 00800 - 1888 0000 to request a new customer card.

What are SHOEPOINTS?

ShoePoints are points that you, as a CLUB RED member, collect with every purchase in participating German LLOYD Concept Stores, Factory Outlets, or in the official German LLOYD online store lloyd.com. The ShoePoints are converted into shopping vouchers twice a year and sent to you.


How much is one SHOEPOINT worth?

One ShoePoint equals €1 in shopping value.

The payout takes place in reward levels of 250 ShoePoints. For 250 ShoePoints you receive a voucher worth €10, for 500 ShoePoints a voucher worth €20, and so on.


How can I collect SHOEPOINTS?

With every purchase in Germany at a participating LLOYD Concept Store, a LLOYD Factory Outlet, or through a registered customer account in the official LLOYD online store lloyd.com, you collect ShoePoints.

 


When will I receive a voucher for my collected SHOEPOINTS?

The collected ShoePoints are converted into a voucher twice a year. The conversion takes place every spring and autumn.


In what voucher amounts are my collected SHOEPOINTS paid out?

250 SHOEPOINTS = €10 voucher value
500 SHOEPOINTS = €20 voucher value
750 SHOEPOINTS = €30 voucher value
1000 SHOEPOINTS = €40 voucher value
1250 SHOEPOINTS = €50 voucher value
1500 SHOEPOINTS = €60 voucher value
1750 SHOEPOINTS = €70 voucher value
2000 SHOEPOINTS = €80 voucher value
2250 SHOEPOINTS = €90 voucher value
2500 SHOEPOINTS = €100 voucher value
2750 SHOEPOINTS = €110 voucher value
3000 SHOEPOINTS = €120 voucher value


How can I redeem my SHOEPOINTS?

Your balance is paid out twice a year in the form of a shopping voucher. This voucher is valid for 3 years and can be redeemed in participating LLOYD Concept Stores, LLOYD Factory Outlets in Germany, and in the official LLOYD online store lloyd.com. If not redeemed within this period, the voucher expires.


Where can I view an overview of my collected SHOEPOINTS?

In the logged-in area of the LLOYD online store, you can view your current ShoePoints balance at any time under the CLUB RED section. Updates after a purchase may take some time to appear.


What can I do if the number of my SHOEPOINTS is incorrect?

In this case, please contact our customer service via the contact form or by phone at 00800 - 1888 0000.


For which products do I receive SHOEPOINTS?

You receive ShoePoints for all LLOYD products purchased in participating LLOYD Concept Stores, LLOYD Factory Outlets in Germany, and in the official German LLOYD online store lloyd.com.


Can I have my SHOEPOINTS paid out at another time?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.


Will my collected SHOEPOINTS be deducted if I return an order?

Yes, ShoePoints credited for orders that you return will be deducted again.


What happens if my SHOEPOINTS balance is between payout levels?

ShoePoints that are below the first or between payout levels remain in your customer account after the payout and are considered for the next payout period.


Can I transfer my collected SHOEPOINTS to another CLUB RED member?

No, transferring your collected SHOEPOINTS to another member is not possible.

 


When do my collected SHOEPOINTS expire?

Your collected ShoePoints are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. After that, they expire if they have not been converted into vouchers because the next payout level was not reached.

Miscellaneous

Can family members or friends use my CLUB RED card?

No, the use of the customer card is reserved for the member only.


Can I use my CLUB RED card outside Germany?

No, use outside Germany is currently not possible. 


Can I still collect SHOEPOINTS if I forgot my card when shopping in a LLOYD Concept Store or LLOYD Factory Outlet?

Yes, our staff can look up your name and address in the system and credit your collected ShoePoints for the respective purchase.

 


Can I request a partner or secondary card?

No, this is currently not possible.

To link your online store account with your CLUB RED membership afterwards, please contact our customer service via the free service hotline 00800-1888 0000 (Mon.-Fri.: 09:00 - 16:00). You can also contact us via our contact form for any questions. 


Is membership in CLUB RED subject to any costs or fees?

No, membership in the LLOYD CLUB RED is not associated with any costs or fees.
