What payment methods can I use?

Purchase on account

How many days do I have to pay a bill?

When purchasing via Klarna invoice, the outstanding amount must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.


In which countries can I use Klarna invoice purchase?

Klarna invoice purchase is available in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Finland


How does purchasing on account via Klarna work?

1. At the end of the ordering process, enter your billing and delivery information and select Klarna Invoice as your payment method. Once your details have been verified, you will receive your order confirmation from LLOYD as usual, as well as your invoice from Klarna by email.
2. After your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation from LLOYD and your payment information from Klarna.
3. You have 30 days to pay your invoice to Klarna. Of course, you can return items to us as usual. You only pay for what you keep. You can also view all payment information on the Klarna website or in the Klarna app. We generally recommend that you also register your return with Klarna so that the payment period is paused until your return is processed.

Apple Pay 

How does purchasing with Apple Pay work? 

With Apple Pay, you can pay for your order quickly and securely using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Payment is made using the card stored in your Apple Wallet, without having to enter any card details or passwords. Simply confirm the purchase with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode, and you're done in seconds. If you have an EC card stored in your Apple Wallet, you can of course also pay with Apple Pay using your EC card. This works just as quickly and easily as any other Apple Pay payment.

Advance payment

How long do I have to pay for my prepayment order?

We will cancel your order if we have not received payment within 7 days. If we have cancelled your order, you will receive an email from us informing you of this.
If we have not received payment a few days after receiving your order, we will send you a payment reminder by email.
Please also note that it usually takes 1-2 working days for your transfer to reach us and be processed.


Will I receive confirmation of payment for my prepayment?

As soon as we have received your payment, we will notify you by email.
You will then receive a separate shipping confirmation. 


How long does it take for us to process your payment?

The payment usually takes 1-2 working days to be processed.


I only want to receive individual items from my order. Can I make a partial payment?

Full payment for the order is required in order to trigger shipment. Items that you do not wish to keep can then be returned conveniently and free of charge.

What is the 3D Secure procedure?

To protect against misuse, since 2021, anyone wishing to pay by credit card on the internet must take an additional step when authorising the payment, in addition to entering their card details. This security measure for authentication is mandatory for online credit card orders in Europe. The 3D Secure procedure provides additional security by requiring the entry of a password, fingerprint or TAN to prevent unauthorised third parties from using your credit card details to make online purchases at your expense.

In which countries is purchasing via Klarna instant transfer and direct debit available?

Purchases via Klarna instant transfer and direct debit are available in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Please note that payment of an invoice using the Klarna invoice purchase payment method must be made to Klarna. In this case, payment of the invoice to the above bank account is not permitted.

Refund of money

How and when will I receive a refund for a return or complaint?

Your money will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Once we have received and processed your return, the refund will be issued.
Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. You will receive a return confirmation by email at the same time as the refund is processed.
