How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery within Germany takes 2-3 business days, and for all other countries, it takes 3-5 business days.


Can I make changes to my order or add items afterward?

Since we want to send you your desired items as quickly as possible, the processing of your order begins immediately. Therefore, making changes to your order afterward is only partially possible. You can return the ordered items and/or place a new order for the desired items.


How can I tell if my order is being processed?

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt. You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account (guest order or in-store order), you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your shipment is dispatched, in addition to the order confirmation email.

Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?

If you do not want to create a customer account, you can place an order as a guest. The only requirement is a valid email address.


Can I order an unlimited number of items?

Sales are made only in quantities typical for personal use.

CANCELLATION

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately via the free service hotline at 00800-1888 0000 (Mon. - Fri.: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM).

However, a cancellation is only possible if our logistics department has not yet processed your order. If it is too late for a cancellation, we kindly ask you to return the goods to us. Your money will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase. Once we receive and process your return, the refund will be made. You will receive a return confirmation via email when the refund has been processed.

Please note that after initiating the refund, it may take 2-3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.


Why was my order cancelled?

There can be various reasons for the cancellation of your order. If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you beforehand.

Why are the items in my cart out of stock?

The items in your cart are only reserved for you once the order is completed. If you have not finished the checkout process, the items may have already been sold in the meantime. These items will be marked as unavailable in your cart.

The items in your cart are only reserved for you once the order is completed. If you have not fully completed the checkout process, the items may have already been sold in the meantime. These items will be marked as unavailable in your cart. To prevent this, items with low stock in your size are marked with a relevant note.


The items in my wishlist are gone.

Your wishlist is linked to your customer account. If you added an item to the wishlist while logged into your account, you must log in again when you visit lloyd.com to access your wishlist again.

E-MAILS

Emails from LLOYD are not being received or are going to spam.

Occasionally, our emails may not reach you as expected and end up in spam or may not be delivered at all. To prevent this, you can add our email address hello@lloyd.com to your "whitelist." This will allow LLOYD to be recognized as a safe sender, ensuring that order & shipping confirmations, service replies, etc., are delivered as expected.
