Membership conditions, Germany  [as of: 14. November 2023]

1. Membership in CLUB RED and scope

LLOYD Lifestyle GmbH, Hans-Hermann-Meyer-Str. 1, 27232 Sulingen, Germany ("LLOYD" or "we") operates CLUB RED (hereinafter also referred to as our "customer loyalty programme"). You may become a member if you accept these membership conditions during your registration process. You can either register online at www.lloyd.com or by filling out and signing an application form in our LLOYD Concept Stores or LLOYD Factory Outlets. Your membership begins when you send (online) or submit (in person) your fully completed application form.

You can join our customer loyalty programme free of charge if you're 18 years old or over and your place of residence is in Germany. Only one membership per person is permitted. You cannot transfer your membership.

We voluntarily grant all the CLUB RED benefits, offers and content exclusively based on these membership conditions and only via the website we operate, www.lloyd.com with its integrated online store, as well as in the LLOYD Concept Stores and LLOYD Factory Outlets. An updated list of their locations is provided in the Store Locator on our website.

We retain the right in the course of your membership and with effect for the future to alter the CLUB RED benefits, offers and content, including the granting of Shoe Points.


2. CLUB RED benefits, offers and content

Your membership of our customer loyalty programme currently provides the following exclusive benefits:

Your welcome gift

We credit you with 100 Shoe Points in your CLUB RED customer account as a way of thanking you for registering with CLUB RED (see Section 3 for more information on Shoe Points).

Your birthday gift

As a CLUB RED member, you receive 100 Shoe Points on your birthday (see Section 3). These are automatically credited to your CLUB RED customer account.

Exclusive offers and invitations

The information stored in our customer database forms the basis on which you benefit from exclusive offers and product recommendations via a newsletter, as well as personal invitations to special campaigns or events – online or in person at your preferred LLOYD Concept Store. We also keep you up to date regarding the latest LLOYD collections. You may need to register separately to be able to participate in a specific event depending on its nature. Such an invitation is neither an admission ticket nor binding confirmation of participation in the respective event.


3. Your CLUB RED customer account and our Shoe Points bonus system

Membership is free of charge and does not depend on a purchase.

Account creation and management

Completing your CLUB RED registration results in you being granted access to your personal CLUB RED account. You're responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to LLOYD is correct and complete, and that you inform LLOYD regarding any changes to that information. You can manage your data online.

You can also create your own personalised watch list of desired items and/or looks in your wish list and check the availability of products at any time – whether online via www.lloyd.com or in your preferred LLOYD Concept Store.

You can even use your customer account at any time to view the history of your online and in-store purchases.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and password, and for restricting access to your computer and mobile devices. You are also responsible and liable for all activities that occur under your account or password as a result of your negligence. You agree to take all the necessary steps to ensure that your password is treated confidentially and securely, and to promptly notify LLOYD (via e-mail to: clubred@lloyd.com) if you have reason to assume that your password has become known to someone else, or if the password has been or could be used without your authorisation.

In the event that you’ve forgotten your password, you can ask to set a new one. You’ll receive your new password from LLOYD, which is sent to the last email address that you provided to LLOYD.

The CLUB RED customer card

After registering for the customer loyalty programme, you’ll receive your personal CLUB RED customer card. This card is personalised and may not be transferred to a third party.

You're obliged to report any loss of the card without delay. LLOYD is not liable for damage caused by failure to report or late reporting. After reporting a loss, you may receive a new customer card free of charge.

The Shoe Points bonus programme

You collect bonus points (hereinafter "Shoe Points") with each purchase in our directly operated LLOYD Concept Stores, the LLOYD online store and in the LLOYD Factory Outlets in Germany. The Shoe Points bonus programme is a voluntary service provided by LLOYD.

A prerequisite for the award of Shoe Points is that your CLUB RED customer number or customer card needs to be recorded before an invoice is produced or cash is collected at the till. Your purchase may unfortunately no longer be electronically taken into account in terms of membership benefits once the invoice has been produced or cash collection has been completed. In this case, CLUB RED customer service will manually credit you with Shoe Points retrospectively, provided you send your receipt by e-mail (see section 5).

You’ll receive one Shoe Point for every euro spent. Your customer account will be credited with 10 euros when you’ve collected 250 Shoe Points. The credit you’ve attained is distributed twice a year in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed online and in stores. This voucher will be sent to you via your preferred method – by post or via email.

The distribution of Shoe Points in the form of vouchers is subject to the following conditions: A minimum credit of 250 Shoe Points is remunerated with a 10-euro voucher. Members receive an additional 10 euros credit for every additional 250 Shoe Points collected, whereby the distribution limit is 3,000 Shoe Points (equating to a maximum voucher limit of 120 euros).

Shoe Points that sit below the first distribution threshold, between the levels or above the distribution limit remain in your CLUB RED account and are added to the next distribution. All Shoe Points collected are valid for three years from the end of the calendar year in which they are collected. You can view your current Shoe Points account status at any time via your personal CLUB RED account. This is also where you’ll be notified about the upcoming distribution date.

Shoe Points can’t be exchanged for other products and, in particular, cash payment in lieu of Shoe Points is precluded. Please note that you'll not be credited with Shoe Points when you purchase a gift card.

Rescission of a contract will result in you not having any claim to consideration of that purchase in terms of membership benefits.

 
4. Termination and cessation of membership

You can without notice use the contact options in Section 5 to terminate your CLUB RED membership at any time in writing – by letter or by e-mail.

LLOYD can terminate your CLUB RED membership with a notification period of 30 days. This does not affect the right to terminate for good cause.

In the event of proper termination by you or LLOYD, we will provide you with a purchase voucher to the value of the Shoe Points you have collected.

6. Data protection

Please use this link at any time privacy policy to view our data protection information relating to CLUB RED.


7. Closing provisions

LLOYD retains the right to amend its voluntary CLUB RED services and the membership conditions on which they are based with effect for the future. We will notify you in advance of any possible amendments, by letter or e-mail, and inform you of your right to object and of the consequences of refraining from objection that are described below.

Should you object, you may continue your membership based on the conditions that applied to date. Should you not submit an objection within 6 weeks following receipt of our notification, the changed conditions shall be deemed as accepted. We retain the right in this case to give due notice of termination of your membership.

Your CLUB RED membership and the membership conditions on which it is based are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
