How do I create a customer account in the LLOYD online store?

You can register for a customer account via the "Customer Account" option at the top right of the navigation bar. There you can create your personal account under the menu item "Register". 


How can I change my account settings?

You can change your account settings at any time in your customer account. To do so, log in with your personal data and make the desired changes under the menu item "Personal Data". If you would like to use a different email address for login, please contact our customer service via the contact form .


I can no longer log in to my customer account.

Check the spelling of your email address or password. If you still cannot log in, use the "Forgot password" service or contact our customer service via the free service hotline 00800-1888 0000 or via the contact form.


How do I reset the password for my customer account?

You can reset your personal password in your customer account under "Change Password". If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one using the "Forgot password" link. 


Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?

If you do not wish to create a customer account, you have the option to order as a guest. All you need is a valid email address.
